Its compact and efficient layout includes a UHMWPE star wheel with an indexing mechanism that smoothly transfers SKUs from one station to the next, maximizing output while minimizing floor space usage.

Built with a sturdy stainless-steel frame, the machine features all wet-contact components, including the nozzles and buffer tank, made from high-grade SS304 to ensure superior hygiene and corrosion resistance. For precise low-volume dosing, the system utilizes a peristaltic pump to deliver small quantities of liquid into each SKU.

Each operational station is equipped with a photocell, enabling closed-loop automation for enhanced accuracy and reliability. The capping unit receives caps through a chute system, which is consistently supplied by a vibrating hopper for uninterrupted operation.

The machine can handle SKU sizes ranging from 5ml to 25ml and achieves a high throughput of up to 1,450 bottles per hour.
