It features a bottom filling nozzle that dives deep into the drum and moves upwards as the filling progresses. This method ensures filling of foaming products like ‘’ethyl alcohol’’. It also features a ATTEX certified flame proof panel for flammable products.

Constructed with a robust and durable frame and epoxy-coated, the machine’s wet-contact components, such as the nozzle, are made from high-grade stainless steel 304, offering excellent corrosion resistance and maintaining hygiene standards. The nozzle operates on a dual-flow principle: approximately 90% of the product is dispensed at a high flow rate, followed by the remaining 10% at a low flow rate for accurate volume control. This flow transition is managed through a 3-position actuator for optimal performance.

Designed to handle filling capacities up to 1200 kg per drum, this machine offers flexibility to fill multiple drums or ibc’s.
