 Constructed with a durable stainless steel 202 body, the machine’s wet-contact components—such as the nozzles and buffer tank—are made from high-grade stainless steel 304 for enhanced corrosion resistance and hygiene. The buffer tank has a generous 500-liter capacity and is equipped with an automatic inlet cut-off system that activates upon detecting high or low liquid levels.

The nozzles operate on a dual-flow principle: 90% of the fill is completed at a high flow rate, while the final 10% is dispensed at a lower flow rate to ensure precise volume control. Designed to accommodate bucket sizes ranging from 10 to 26 ltrs, the machine delivers an impressive throughput of up to 480 buckets per hour.
