The machine is equipped with two nozzle heads and integrated weighing stations, enabling it to fill two buckets per cycle with precision. It features a conveyor system driven by dual chains along with a quick nozzle-diving unit.

Constructed with a durable stainless-steel body, the machine’s wet-contact components—such as the nozzles and buffer tank—are made from high-grade stainless steel 304 for enhanced corrosion resistance and hygiene. The individual hopper tank is equipped with an automatic inlet cut-off system that activates upon detecting high or low liquid levels through a sensor.

The filling volume is dispensed through a cylinder where the dispensed volume can be controlled by adjusting the stroke of the cylinder. The cylinder stroke and the diving height can be adjusted through the leadscrew by comparing with the standard scale. Designed to accommodate bucket sizes ranging from 1kg to 5kg, the machine delivers an excellent throughput of up to 600 buckets per hour.
