SS PRO FILLING SYSTEM is an Engineering company formed in the year 2017, mainly dealing with Filling & Packaging Machinery and undertaking Turn-key projects. We started our business by providing maintenance services to a few customers(mostly PSUs) and then later on expanding our business by starting our own manufacturing unit of filling, packaging & conveying machines. We provide a complete solution for filling lubricants, Edible oil, soft drinks, Fruit juice, Chemicals, Breweries, and Food, among other products. Our head office is in Mumbai with a manufacturing unit at Palghar (Virar). Here we regularly manufacture filling machines, capping machines, check weighers, conveyors, palletizers, etc.
We have expertise in undertaking engineering jobs and making custom-built machines according to requirements and applications, backed up by Advanced design thinking and processes. We utilize 3D Modelling & simulation software for our Design and use the Reliable manufacturing process to achieve consistent quality. We design our machines for minimum maintenance, higher throughput, best accuracy in class, and user-friendly interface and ensure industry compliance & safety. We incorporate the most compatible Engineering material along with a reliable manufacturing process to make our machines cost-effective & sustainable.
Our team comprises highly experienced engineers, technicians & support staff led by our Director Mr. Rajesh Gupta. He has been working in a similar field for more than 25 years. He has very vast experience in designing, technical support & marketing of filling lines for various types of filling products.
Also, we represent the world's most renowned filling, packaging & bottling manufacturing companies M/S OCME Srl Italy, M/S Lanfranchi Srl Italy & M/S Ica spa Italy for India & SAARC country. While representing them we have supplied high-speed weight-based filling lines, palletizers, shrink wrap machines, high-speed bottle unscramblers, robotic unscramblers, and Storage silos. We regularly assist our principals not just in marketing but in providing all technical services like installation, commissioning, testing, training, rendering after-sales services, sourcing spares, change parts, etc.
